How to forget about everything for a little while?

Sleep is the best part of the day/night.

It’s good when its just beauty rest of 30 minutes or so afternoon siesta. Right now I am supposed to go to sleep so I can dream my dreams and make them feel so real that when I wake up, I feel so tired like I have been working out for 3 hours at the gym. They are so vivid, well at least I am thankful they are not nightmares. ~ Norma Powell
