The heaviness in your heart

The heaviness in your heart

Open your heart and you will see!

I would like to encourage people to trust there instincts. I myself going through a very difficult storm right now and those hugs pats on the back and words of encouragement mean so much. However I have noticed many times people look away or don’t pay attention simply because they either don’t know what to say or they don’t want to get involved, but trust me from someone who knows reach out, stay in tune with people’s outward appearances and never be afraid to hug or just talk about the problem. It’s ok to acknowledge when you clearly can see someone’s hurting. Be it illness, betrayal divorce or you simply don’t know you just know something is bothering them. That hug those words mean so much! ~ Cathy Hedgepath

If that person sees it and offers you support, take it because once they’ve offered it to you multiple times and you continue to turn them down they will eventually stop chasing you. ~ Megan Viloria

You can feel it, if it’s really a true hug and sympathy, rare persons but there are some who really understand what you are going through, lucky if you have one. ~ Yolanda Devero
