When people hurt you over and over again

When people hurt you over and over again

If someone hurts you over and over, it’s time to cut the ties with them. We aren’t made to get along with everybody. ~ Linda Laycock

One should refuse entry to toxic people or so-called friends.

Set boundaries when dealing with hurtful people.

Most suffering is self created and we don’t need to suffer to heal. The words and opinions of others can’t hurt us unless we unconsciously agree. ~ John Atkinson

People that do not care enough to participate & share time with others usually only have the good graces of social conscience to rely on depending upon how much of a personal threat they pose as to whether people become involved. ~ Michelle Howard

The useless part means they are no longer “abrasive” because you are now polished so now hurting you won’t work anymore. It doesn’t mean they are useless people. You are getting the meaning of useless wrong. Chris Colfer is the author of this quote and he wrote this about bullying and he certainly would not imply that people are useless because he certainly knows how it feels to be hurt and feel belittled. He would not impose that on anyone. ~ Brigitte Nicole
