Don't close the book when bad things happen in your Life

Life isn’t always easy, but it is worth trying for the best. I find that I am inspired when I have to deal with an uncomfortable situation, keeps me from being too complacent. ~ Marcia Wilson

Moving on from painful experience proves you are bigger and stronger than the experience or the person/whatever that caused you harm. The 3 young women in Ohio are pretty terrific examples of this very thing. I don’t imagine the concept of “easy” is anywhere in their experience, but they are moving beyond their pain little by little and they will succeed, and so can you. ~ Melissa Williams

Sometimes the pain in life means taking time to adjust or accept what life has given us, in these times revisiting the emotions or experience can help with the process of moving on. As individuals the processing time will be different for each which is fine, getting ‘stuck’ can be damaging and the way of escape again individual. Sometimes we need to put down the book and start writing our own story. ~ Amanda Reed
